Grade 1 – Tiny Town Day

 

Learners will create their own tiny town using boxes and recycled materials. Once the towns are complete, they will “visit” their friends’ towns and explore how different communities are built.

 

 

Grade 2 – Communication Day

 

Learners will explore the importance of communication through fun, interactive activities. They will practise listening, speaking, expressing feelings, and working together in pairs and groups.

 

 

Grade 3 – Back to the Past

 

Learners will step back in time to discover how people lived long ago. Through hands-on stations, they will explore daily life, tools, games, and activities from the past.

 

 

Grade 4 – South African Culture Safari

 

Learners will go on a cultural journey through South Africa, exploring the country’s rich diversity. They will learn about different cultures, traditions, foods, and religions.

 

 

Grade 5 – Crazy Science Day

 

Learners will take part in a hands-on science experience with various challenge-based stations. Each station will encourage problem-solving, experimentation, and teamwork.

 

 

Grade 6 – Leadership Workshop

 

Learners will explore leadership and democracy through interactive workshops. They will learn about leadership styles, leadership skills, and democratic processes.

 

 

Grade 7 – Young Entrepreneurs Conference

 

Learners will be introduced to entrepreneurship through an interactive conference-style experience. They will learn key entrepreneurial concepts and begin planning for Market Day.
